Best cooking tip
Use the oven to make an entire meal and line trays with foil for easy clean-up

Worst cooking disaster
"Indian curry potatoes" that tasted like boiled potatoes in ketchup.  Poor hubby ate them anyway.  To this day we talk about those "ketchup potato curry"!

The leftovers in your refrigerator right now
Usually overflowing with leftovers that I sometimes forget about and discover weeks later.  Not much right now since we just got back from out of town.  It makes me nervous to not have leftovers! :)

  1. I love the idea of a mini tandoor oven for the home cook! Naan would be a welcome addition to the rice, chapati rotation.
